I did this on my Droid 2 and it worked rather easily. All you need is to be able to upload the picture as your signature picture on STS and type what's in the third to the last screenshot ([url="www.becomeelite.forumotion.com"][sigpic]www.becomeelite.forumotion.com[/sigpic][/url]). And you should now have the link embedded signature picture.

Yes, I know that's a comma instead of a . but I didn't want half of the thing to come up as a link.
