Ive been really curious about lucid dreaming lately, you dont hear much about it really. When you go to sleep it seems like you tap into some other realm. Ive been trying really hard every night to lucid dream and control my dreams but its so hard!
This is what ive done:
I tell myself before i go to bed that im going to lucid dream tonight and that im going to remember my dreams
I also keep a notepad and a pen right next to me so that when i wake up i can immedietly write down everything i can remember
And then as i fall asleep i focus completely on dreaming and what im going to dream
so far it seems like im making slow progress, but at least im making some.
